Mouse right click in labs or tests not working

Symptoms:
When you right click in a lab or test question in order to use the menu, you only get a Flash Player menu and not the intended simulation menu.

Detailed Information:
The right click issue in some of the test questions with newer versions of Adobe Flash Player is a known bug in Flash that we are currently working with Adobe on to resolve. For now, the solution is to use Flash Player 7. Thank you for your patience while we work with Adobe on a permanent resolution.

Solution:
Follow the steps below to remove the current version of Flash and install Flash 7 Player.
- Click the link below
Click here to go to Adobe.com
- In the 2nd paragraph click the TechNote 14157 link that says "How to uninstall the Flash plug-in and ActiveX Control "
- Choose to save the uninstall_flash_player.exe file to your Windows desktop
- Close out of any open Internet Explorer browsers
- Go to your Windows desktop and double click on the uninstall_flash_player.exe file
- Select all the defaults for the uninstaller to uninstall Adobe Flash Player
- Return to the link provided in step 1
- Click on the link that says, "Flash Player 7 "
- Choose to save the .zip file and save it to your Windows desktop
- After downloading, open the zip file and navigate to the folder labeled r61
- Close out of any open Internet Explorer browsers
- Double click on the file named "flashplayer7r61_winax.exe "
- Follow the on screen instructions to install Adobe Flash Player 7
- Attempt to access the training again
