Cannot find vids:iv32 decompressor error message

Symptoms:

When attempting to view the training, the message ’Cannot find vids:iv32 decompressor’ is displayed in the video window.

Detailed Information:

This occurs when the computer the program is installed on does not have windows video compression installed.
